How quickly can you get to a boiler that has stopped working in Kilmainham?

We aim for under 90 minutes inside Kilmainham, Inchicore and Islandbridge during weekday daytime hours. Evenings and weekends are handled as emergency callouts when an engineer is on shift — about 80% of the time during the heating season.

Are your engineers RGI registered?

Yes. Every engineer who handles gas work for us is on the Register of Gas Installers of Ireland (RGI). We issue a Declaration of Conformance after any gas job that requires one, and our RGI number is printed on every invoice.

Do you charge for a diagnostic call-out?

A weekday diagnostic visit is €75, fully credited against any repair we carry out the same day. If the boiler is beyond repair we deliver a written replacement quote at no extra charge — the €75 only goes against work we actually do.

What boiler brands do you service?

We service every major brand sold in Ireland — Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Ariston, Firebird and Grant. We stock universal diverter valves, expansion vessels and PCB kits for next-day replacements on most callouts.

Do I need a new boiler or can mine be repaired?

If the unit is under 12 years old, parts are still available and the heat exchanger is sound, repair almost always makes sense. Above 14 years the running-cost gap usually swings the maths the other way — we'll tell you which side of the line yours sits on before we touch a wrench.

We don't push replacements. About a third of the boilers we look at every winter get repaired for under €250.

Is the workmanship guaranteed?

Twelve months on every repair and twelve years on a new boiler installation when you take the annual service contract. Manufacturer parts are covered by their own warranty on top of that.

Do you handle SEAI grant applications?

For qualifying installations we fill out the SEAI grant paperwork on your behalf and deduct the grant value from the invoice up front — you don't wait for a refund. Currently up to €700 against a heat-only or system boiler upgrade.
